Our Returns Policy
At Vandipity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at alison@vandipity.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return. We'll respond quickly with instructions on how to return your items.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
